Chiropractic Back Pain Problem

Back Pain ProblemsLow back pain is one of the most common complaints that an adult may experience in a lifetime. It is also known as pain in your lumbar spine. About 8 in 10 adults experience back pain during their lifetime. Back pain can range from a dull, constant ache to a sudden, sharp pain. Acute back pain comes on suddenly and usually lasts from a few days to a few weeks. Back pain is called chronic if it lasts for more than three months. Most back pain comes from sprains and strains from stressful movements; lifting something without using proper way or a sudden twisting motion are just two examples of how you can hurt your back. Most back pains go away on its own, though it may take a while. Resting and taking pain relievers can help, but if your back pain doesn\'t improve after three days, you should see your doctor.
